BrandAccelerator.ai collects only the information needed to respond to enquiries, manage priority list interest, prepare workshops and improve participant experience.
What we collect
Public forms collect your name, mobile number and email address. Corporate enquiries also collect your company and message. SFIC surveys collect the answers shown on each survey page.
How we use it
We use contact information to respond to you and send relevant masterclass updates. Survey responses help the facilitator prepare or improve the workshop. We use testimonial comments only when you give specific permission.
Storage and access
Valid form responses are stored in protected server-side CSV files. Access is limited to people who need the information for the purposes described here. We do not publish participant survey data.
Retention and your choices
Information is kept only as long as needed for the enquiry, programme administration, workshop improvement or applicable legal requirements. You may ask us to correct or remove your information by contacting Firefish through the link below.
